Booking a ride is quick and easy. Simply click the “Book Your Ride” button below to access our booking form. Enter your trip details and contact information, then submit your request. Once received, we’ll review and confirm your booking.
Currently, we accept payment via cash or card. For locals only, we also accept CIBC bank transfers. Your final fare will be confirmed at the end of your journey before payment is made.
Yes, you can schedule a ride in advance. Bookings can be made up to 3 months ahead of your desired date. Online bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance. If your trip is less than 5 days away, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
We understand that plans can change. While we currently do not charge a cancellation fee, we kindly ask that you cancel as early as possible if you no longer need your ride. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book with us in the future, as they impact our drivers’ time and availability.
Yes, you can add multiple stops to your journey. When booking, simply select the “Multi-Stop” option and enter your stops. We currently allow up to 5 stops per booking. If you require more than 5 stops, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once you submit your booking, we will review and confirm your ride. We'll provide an estimated fare based on the details you've entered. Please note that the final price may vary if there are any changes to the trip, such as additional stops, waiting time, or inaccurate booking information. Payment is made after the trip, once the final fare has been calculated.
Yes, changes can be made to your booking by contacting us directly. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
